These are the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale of Bisley Fine Foods.

Whilst every effort is made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the time-scales set out for delivery, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of the Goods.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Conditions at any time. Please check these Conditions periodically for changes. These conditions describe the basis for purchase by you and sale by us of the products described on this web site.

PLACING AN ORDER WITH Bisley Fine Foods
The easiest way to order is via our website. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch by our on-line payment system. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should refrain from placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.

A Contract between the customer and Bisley Fine Foods for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers payment will have been charged and received for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy, outlined below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges (below).

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
You may make a purchase through the Site by registering with Bisley Fine Foods at the Site when you make a purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete for the purposes of such registration. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Bisley Fine Foods has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Bisley Fine Foods has the right to refuse use of the Service.

RETURNS POLICY
Bisley Fine Foods will not accept the return of any items unless the item is faulty or of non-marketable quality.  You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

To return any products to us, please clearly mark the reason for the return and, if possible, include a photograph and/or send a digital photograph by e-mail to: enquiries@bisleyfinefoods.co.uk.

Any items to be returned must be adequately packed and returned with the original packaging or, if this is damaged, an equivalent level of protection and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty or of non-marketable quality.

PAYMENT AND TAXES
Bisley Fine Foods accept online payment using Visa, Mastercard and Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. We reserve the right to increase prices. The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment. Until such time, Bisley Fine Foods retain full legal and equitable title to the goods.

The company, under no circumstances, accepts liability for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, damage to property or wasted expenditure.

UK DELIVERY
At the present time, we can only deliver to UK mainland only. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 7-10 workings days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you with an estimated availability date.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Cost £5 per UK mainland delivery address. Monday to Friday only. please allow 7-10 working days for your delivery.
