“My husband selected the joint of brazing beef and his comments were as follows: '..even when the joint had only half defrosted you could smell a wonderful deep beef flavour.  I then slow roasted it for several hours on a very low heat and when served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes the meat was to die for. It was succulent full of intense flavour and cut like butter. Suffice to say even the children said Mmmm Mummy this tastes wonderful and asked for second helpings!!  What more can we say, except we shall never purchase meat from a supermarket again.”
